What Veranda is
A list of pharmacies, laboratories and clinics. Not a pharmacy, and not a doctor.
Veranda does not sell medicines, and does not diagnose, treat or advise.
Each pharmacy, laboratory or clinic answers for its own prices, stock, hours, deliveries and results. We show what it publishes.
You pay them, not Veranda. Veranda takes no payment.
Prescriptions
You choose to send a photograph of your prescription, to one pharmacy. That pharmacy reads it, decides what it can fill and sets your price. You decide whether to take it.
Telling a laboratory or clinic you are coming
An exam gives you a place in its queue, or a time it holds for you. A consultation is a request the clinic confirms. Neither is an appointment with a named doctor.
Times
We promise no delivery time and no time for a result. Ask the pharmacy, laboratory or clinic.
If you list a pharmacy or a laboratory
You state true facts about it: its name, licence, hours, prices and numbers. You answer for them. If a page misleads customers, we take it down: tell us at the address below.
Law and changes
These terms follow the law of Cameroon. When they change, the date at the top changes.
